Yes! Membership can be placed on hold for 3 months at a time at your request. Don’t worry, any funds remaining will remain available to you for services and products during this time!

During checkout, we will review your wallet balance with you and use any available funds for your treatments. There is nothing special you need to do!

While your wallet credits are non-transferable, members may designate one person living in their household each year to enjoy the same service and retail discounts included in their tier. Your spouse won’t have access to wallet funds or member perks like the free annual treatment, but they can receive your exclusive pricing when they book their services.

We’re proud to offer this annual benefit and love partnering with you in your aesthetic journey. Once you choose which treatment you would like to use you may simply schedule the treatment online or by calling the office at (630) 381-8869. When you arrive for your treatment you can let your provider know that you would like to redeem your membership treatment.

Your free member treatment is available the moment you sign up! Many members chose to use it on their very first day for a special treat! You have 12 months from your sign-up date to use your free treatment.

Members receive one free treatment per membership year, so while it doesn’t roll over if you have forgotten to use it no worries! A new treatment is available on your member anniversary.

After 6 months of membership, you may cancel at any time with written notice. If you cancel before 6 months, your next monthly payment amount will be due as a cancellation fee.

Need a break instead? We offer member holds for up to 3 months per calendar year, so you can keep your benefits while catching up on life, then pick back up when you're ready.
